Remixed & Remastered from the original, 45 year-old studio tapes
The original 8-track tapes were found, transferred to digital format and then lovingly and painstakingly remixed using modern audio editing software.
We entrusted the task of editing and mixing to Bill Bertinot who did an outstanding job. Some parts were missing and had to be re-added and a few vocal parts had to be re-sung. Other than that, it’s the 1975 album which, until now, was only available on vinyl. There are only a handful of these albums left in the original, unopened state.
The tracks were then remastered by Brian Baker at Sound Arts Studio (formerly Wells Studio). A new CD Wallet was designed by Kevin O’Neill, who designed the original and current DTV logos, integrating the original design by Gary and Karen McClatchy and original photos into the Deluxe Edition CD.
